We took this boat put to the island of Fono.  It is very small.

We went to Thousand Steps for a hike.  I was sure I would never make it back to the top.  It was only about 200 steps. I prayed and prayed for help. I made it.

When Elder Thomas heard that I had not been on Anderson Air Force Base he made sure that we went before they went home.  We love them.

We invited these missionaries to dinner before the couple went home and one other got transferred.  We will miss them.

We left Guam on Wednesday morning and flew to the island of Pohnpei for a visit.  We spent all one day going to all the apartments and checking to see what they need.  We also went around to several stores to see what was available for purchase.  We were able to go to District planning meetings for all the districts and it was great to meet all the missionaries, some we had never met before.  It is always great to see any of them, but we grew close to the ones on Guam that we saw often and now some of them are on Pohnpei and Chuuk.  We will not be able to see all the missionaries on Chuuk because some of them are on outer islands but we will see a lot of them.
We were driving around part of the island and we found two companionships walking and another one teaching a man.  We saw a missionary truck parked and thought it was parked by where they lived so we walked up.  That was an awesome sight.  We found them in what looked to me like a broken down animal pen and I was very sick about it but we found them teaching a man a lesson there.  They did not live there.  We did not know we were interrupting a lesson but we were able to bear testimony to him and the Spirit of the Holy Ghost felt strong.  It was a great experience for us.

Pohnpei pictures.

We found the school that the computers went to that we brought from BYU Hawaii when we started our mission.  We were so glad that they were being used for online BYU classes.
